Support from the R&D team
Our team is dedicated to the research and development of vinyl products, and we always keep an eye on market needs. The same engineers who formulate our coatings are available to help your production team solve real-world problems: edges lifting after washing, dye migration on polyester, weeding difficulties or press settings for a new fabric.
Training formats
- Online workshops (60–90 min) for your production staff or your own customers, covering cutting, weeding, layering and pressing.
- Distributor training packs – slide decks, videos and printable application sheets you can use in your shop.
- On-site visits for large partners and factory visits to our Dongguan plant.
Troubleshooting service
Send us photos, the garment label (fibre content) and your press settings. For complex cases, post a pressed sample: our lab performs peel-strength tests, wash tests (ISO 6330 based, 40 °C and 60 °C) and microscopic edge analysis and returns a written report with recommendations.
Most common issues we solve
| Problem | Typical cause | Fix |

| Vinyl does not stick | Temperature too low, uneven pressure, coated fabric | Check platen temperature with a probe, add pressure, pre-press |
| Edges lift after washing | Short dwell time, fabric softener, early washing | Extend time 3–5 s, wait 24 h, no softener |
| Colour of garment bleeds into vinyl | Dye migration on polyester | Lower temperature, use a blocker series, test first |
| Hard to weed | Blade too deep/dull, cut settings | New blade, reduce force, weed immediately |
Cutter settings library
We maintain tested blade, force and speed settings for all VENYL series on common plotters (Cricut®, Silhouette®, Graphtec, Roland, Summa and our ePULS cutters). Ask our support team for the settings sheet for your machine.
