NS – NON-STICKY – HEAT TRANSFER VINYL
NS-Non-Sticky Heat Transfer Vinyl (NS Series) is specially constructed to be soft and smooth to the touch, with every color embedded in the material so designs have a smooth finish. Non-sticky is available in 20 colors, including silver and gold.
Follow the color card and find the right vinyl for your desired application. To make it simple, the NS series is applicable for apparel such as T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags and workwear.

What makes NS different?
The NS carrier is a clear polyester film without adhesive. Because the design is not held by a sticky liner, the carrier can be peeled hot, straight off the press, which makes NS the fastest option for high-volume production of numbers, names and single-colour logos.

- Hoodies, sweatshirts and polo shirts
- Canvas bags and cotton accessories
- Workwear with simple one-colour logos
Tips for best results
Cut with a standard 45° blade, force 70–90 g on most cutters. Weed right after cutting while the adhesive is still soft. For small lettering below 1 cm we recommend the ST (sticky) series, which keeps small pieces in place on the carrier.
Heat Press Instructions
- Cover with Heat Transfer Cover Sheet or Multipurpose Paper
- Preheat garment for 2–3 seconds
- Apply design at 140 °C / 284 °F
- Use medium pressure for 10–15 s
- Peel carrier: hot or cold
Home Iron Instructions
- Set iron dial between Cotton and Linen, steam off
- Cover with Heat Transfer Cover Sheet or Multipurpose Paper
- Place on flat, hard surface (ironing board not recommended)
- Press iron with medium/firm pressure (do not slide iron)
- Press 20–30 s per area, then from the reverse side
Important note after application of VENYL HTV
- Wait 24 hours before the first wash.
- Machine wash warm or cold with mild detergent.
- Dry on normal dryer setting. Do not dry clean.
- A liquid fabric softener is not recommended.
- Do not iron directly on the design.
