Products
HTV is a thin film with a heat-activated adhesive. You cut your design, weed away the excess and apply it to textiles with a heat press or iron. When heated, the adhesive bonds permanently to the fabric.
Sticky HTV (ST) has a tacky carrier that holds small parts and can be repositioned; non-sticky HTV (NS) can be peeled hot for faster production. See our detailed article on sticky vs. non-sticky HTV.
VENYL HTV works on 100% cotton, 100% polyester, poly/cotton blends and many leather/PU surfaces. Nylon, coated and water-repellent fabrics require testing and sometimes special settings.
Our classic series are available in 20+ colours including silver and gold. Effect series have their own colour books, and custom colours can be produced from 100 rolls.
Standard rolls are 50 cm × 25 m. Other widths, lengths, sheets and sample packs are available on request and for private-label orders.
Application
Most VENYL PVC films apply at 140 °C (285 °F). Glitter, holographic and effect films use 150 °C, high density up to 160 °C. Use our heat press calculator for starting values per series and fabric.
Yes – all VENYL series are home-iron supported. Use the Cotton/Linen setting without steam, a hard flat surface, and press firmly without sliding.
Yes. HTV is cut from the adhesive side, so the design must be mirrored horizontally before cutting.
The most common causes are too low temperature, uneven pressure, too short press time, peeling too early or a fabric finish. Verify your press temperature with a thermometer and pre-press the garment.
Care & durability
When applied correctly and cared for properly, VENYL HTV withstands 50+ washes at 40 °C.
Wait at least 24 hours after application before the first wash.
We do not recommend liquid fabric softener – it can lift the edges of the vinyl over time.

Stock colours can be ordered from mixed cartons. Private label starts at 50 rolls, custom colours at 100 rolls per shade.
Stock orders ship in 3–7 working days. Express courier takes 3–7 days, air 5–10 days, rail 18–25 days and sea freight 25–45 days.
Yes, we ship to customers worldwide with full export documentation. Duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient unless DDP is agreed.
