GD – GLOW IN THE DARK HEAT TRANSFER VINYL
GD Glow-in-the-Dark HTV contains strontium-aluminate photoluminescent pigments. The film charges under daylight or artificial light and releases a soft green, blue or orange glow for hours once the lights go out.
It is the perfect material for kids' pyjamas, Halloween and party apparel, night-run events, and safety details on bags and accessories.

How to get the brightest glow
Glow intensity depends on pigment load, charging light and the colour underneath. Light-coloured garments reflect more light back into the pigment layer and appear brighter. Charge for 10–15 minutes under daylight or UV light for maximum afterglow.
Processing
GD film is thicker than standard HTV. Increase blade depth and weed at room temperature. Peel the carrier completely cold for a clean edge.

Heat Press Instructions
- Cover with Heat Transfer Cover Sheet or Multipurpose Paper
- Preheat garment for 2–3 seconds
- Apply design at 150 °C / 302 °F
- Use medium pressure for 10–12 s
- Peel carrier: cold
Home Iron Instructions
- Set iron dial between Cotton and Linen, steam off
- Cover with Heat Transfer Cover Sheet or Multipurpose Paper
- Place on flat, hard surface (ironing board not recommended)
- Press iron with medium/firm pressure (do not slide iron)
- Press 20–30 s per area, then from the reverse side
Important note after application of VENYL HTV
- Wait 24 hours before the first wash.
- Machine wash warm or cold with mild detergent.
- Dry on normal dryer setting. Do not dry clean.
- A liquid fabric softener is not recommended.
- Do not iron directly on the design.
