RF – Reflective and Luminous HTV
REFLECTIVE – HEAT TRANSFER VINYL
RF-Reflective and Luminous HTV with a frosted sticky material. This highly reflective heat transfer vinyl is an exceptional product due to its glass bead construction that illuminates in the darkness. It applies with a low application temperature from 140 °C and a very stable, simple warm peel.
RF Series is suitable for all kinds of garments, construction uniforms, sports garments, and security uniforms.

How retro-reflection works
Millions of tiny glass beads bounce light back towards its source. When car headlights hit a garment decorated with RF vinyl, the driver sees a bright, clearly defined logo or stripe – even at night and from a long distance.
Luminous colours
The luminous variants combine reflective beads with photoluminescent pigments that charge in daylight and glow softly afterwards, adding visibility in low-light situations.

Note: decorative reflective vinyl adds visibility but is not a substitute for certified EN ISO 20471 high-visibility PPE.
Heat Press Instructions
- Cover with Heat Transfer Cover Sheet or Multipurpose Paper
- Preheat garment for 2–3 seconds
- Apply design at 140 °C / 284 °F
- Use medium pressure for 10–12 s
- Peel carrier: warm
Home Iron Instructions
- Set iron dial between Cotton and Linen, steam off
- Cover with Heat Transfer Cover Sheet or Multipurpose Paper
- Place on flat, hard surface (ironing board not recommended)
- Press iron with medium/firm pressure (do not slide iron)
- Press 20–30 s per area, then from the reverse side
Important note after application of VENYL HTV
- Wait 24 hours before the first wash.
- Machine wash warm or cold with mild detergent.
- Dry on normal dryer setting. Do not dry clean.
- A liquid fabric softener is not recommended.
- Do not iron directly on the design.
