HD – HIGH DENSITY 3D HEAT TRANSFER VINYL

HD High Density HTV is a thick PU film that creates a raised, embossed 3D effect with sharp, clean edges. It gives logos, numbers and brand marks a premium, tactile look that is typical of high-end streetwear and sports brands.

Thanks to its elastic PU base, HD stays flexible and comfortable while keeping its height after washing.

Cutting high density film

Use a 60° blade with double-cut or a slower cutting speed. Keep designs bold – very thin lines under 2 mm are not recommended for high density material.

Pressing

Press on a firm surface with a thin silicone pad inside the garment. Firm pressure ensures the adhesive penetrates the fabric while the thick PU keeps its sharp profile.
