Build your own HTV brand on proven material

Many distributors, craft retailers and sign-supply shops want to sell heat transfer vinyl under their own name. VENYL's OEM programme gives you access to the same industrial-grade PVC, PU, PET and effect films that we sell under our own brand – produced on multiple coating lines in our plant in Dongguan, inspected batch by batch and packed exactly the way your customers expect to see them.

You choose the series, colours, widths, lengths and packaging. We take care of production, quality control, labelling and export documentation. Because the films are already developed and tested, you avoid the long development cycle and the risk of launching an unproven product.

What we can customise

How the OEM process works

1. Briefing – you share target market, series, colours, formats, packaging ideas and estimated annual volume.
2. Samples – we send free A4 samples of each requested series so you can test cutting, weeding and washing on your own equipment.
3. Artwork & packaging proof – our team prepares dielines and digital proofs for labels and boxes; you approve every detail.
4. Pre-production batch – a small first run is produced and photographed; retained samples are archived for every batch.
5. Mass production & QC – coating, slitting, rewinding and packing, with thickness, adhesion and wash tests documented in a QC report.
6. Shipping – palletised export packing, commercial documents and door-to-door or FOB delivery.

Minimum order quantities

For standard colours in our stock series the private-label MOQ starts at 50 rolls per order (mixed colours allowed). Custom printed boxes usually require 500 units per design. Custom colours are available from 100 rolls per shade. Our sales team will always suggest the most economical combination for your first order.

Tip: start with 6–8 best-selling colours (black, white, red, royal blue, gold, silver, neon yellow and glitter silver) and expand the range once you know your customers' preferences.
