Weeding is the most time-consuming part of HTV production. For large team orders, events or promotional runs, a single design can require hundreds of identical transfers. Our cut & weed service delivers your artwork professionally cut on industrial plotters, fully weeded and, where needed, masked with application tape – so your team only needs to position and press.

Artwork requirements

Please send vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) with outlined fonts. Minimum line thickness is 0.8 mm for PVC and 1.5 mm for glitter or high-density film. If you only have a bitmap logo, our designers can vectorise it for a small fee.

Team roster made easy

Send us a spreadsheet with player names, numbers and sizes. We cut, weed and pack each player's set in an individually labelled bag, so pressing a full kit becomes a fast, error-free job.

Every transfer is supplied with press instructions for the specific VENYL series used, including temperature, time, pressure and peel type.
