Printable PU Heat Transfer Vinyl

Printable PU film is a popular heat transfer vinyl that is lightweight, flexible, and quick to transfer.  It boasts impressive ink absorption and can be easily cut and weeded.

 

This product is a kind of thermoplastic hot melt adhesive, entrusted with PET having a thickness 100um-200um, that can be directly printed with eco-solvent ink on the printing film through a printer or an all-in-one printer, forming a variety of beautiful patterns, and then heat-pressed on the bearing hot objects.

 

It is suitable for both solvent, eco-solvent, & latex inks on print & cut machines. Its Environmentally friendly and PVC-free.

 

PU film is perfect for many different fabric and garment applications.  You may use PU on sports kits, t-shirts, and even standardized uniforms.

How to apply VENYL® HTV

Home Iron Instructions

  • Create your design on computer in mirror image
  • Print and cut by plotter or laser cutting
  • Weed the unnecessary parts from the design by hook or other tools
  • Pre-heat your heat pressing machine, and then place the design on the target area of clothing
  • Place the included pressing sheet on top of your design in order to protect the heat press from the printer's inks, and press
  • Set your iron to 140°C-160°C
  • Press for 20-25 seconds and then peel the PET film off after cooling down

Heat Press Instructions

  • Place the included pressing sheet on top of your design in order to protect the heat press from the printer's inks, and press
  • Set your iron to 140°C-160°C
  • Set your heat press to 170°C-180°C (FOR LIGHT FABRICS) / 140°C-160°C (FOR DARK FABRICS)

Important note after application of  Printable Vinyl HTV

  • Wait 24 hours before the first wash.
  • Machine wash warm or cold with mild detergent.
  • Dry on normal dryer setting. Do not dry clean.
  • A liquid fabric softener is not recommended.
